Returns

As we work with limited fabric stock, we do not typically accept returns and exchanges unless an item is defective.

Exchange/Returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis and only in exchange for store credits.

  1. Contact us: If you believe you've received a defective item, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. You can reach us via email or message us on Instagram.

  2. Share details: When contacting us, please provide your order number, details of the defect, and relevant photographs to expedite the resolution process.

  3. Evaluation: Our team will review the provided information and may request additional details or photographs for assessment.

  4. Resolution Options: Depending on the nature of the defect and product availability, we will offer at our discretion a:

    • Replacement: If available, we will ship a replacement to you at no additional cost.

    • Store credit refund : If a replacement is unavailable or not preferred, we will issue a refund in store credits.

    • Repair: In some cases, we may offer to repair the defective item, if feasible and agreed upon by the customer.

Conditions and Limitations:

  • The defective item must be reported to us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Any signs of misuse, negligence, or intentional damage may void the defective item guarantee.

  • This policy applies only to items purchased directly from TRIA The Label.
